LASH EXTENSION CONSULTATION + PATCH TEST
Service Description
Consultation to determine the best lash application to suit you. Style, length, and curl type will be discussed. Patch test consists of placement of several extensions throughout lash line (inner, center, outer), and 24-hour follow up for any adverse reaction.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: In consideration of other guests and scheduling, cancellations/reschedules must be made no less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment. As a ONE-TIME courtesy, your 50% NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE retainer may in fact be transferred to a new appointment date/time for you. Appointments and retainer CANNOT be transferred to another client. Failure to cancel/reschedule appointment within the required time-frame will result in the forfeiture of retainer, and a new retainer must be made in order to secure new booking. Three or more cancellations/reschedules will require payment IN FULL in order to secure new booking. Excessive reschedules will result in loss of online booking privileges. LATE/NO CALL/NO SHOWS: Arrivals more than 8 minutes late will result in rescheduling of appointment. As a ONE TIME courtesy, retainer may be transferred to a new appointment date and time. Additional late arrivals are subject to forfeiture of retainer. Three (3) or more late arrivals will result in loss of Online Booking privileges. Appointments will not be extended due to late arrivals and service will end at its scheduled time. No Call/No Shows will be charged the full price of scheduled service, less retainer paid at scheduling. No Call/No Shows will also immediately result in both forfeiture of Online Booking privileges, forfeiture of retainer, AND will require payment in full for any and all approved future services.
