All services are booked online through the scheduling system here.

No. All services are by appointment only.

Services can be booked individually or through the Intentional Pairings category. Add-ons are limited and not all services can be combined.
PAYMENTS + RETAINERS

Online bookings require a credit or debit card. In-studio payments for remaining balances and retail purchases may be made by card or cash.

Yes. A 50% non-refundable/non-transferable retainer is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service total.
CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late changes may result in fees or forfeiture of the retainer.

Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the full service charge, less any retainer already paid.
No Call/No Shows result in forfeiture of the retainer and immediate loss of online booking privileges.

An 8-minute grace period is provided. At 10 minutes, the appointment will be rescheduled and a $25 late fee will be added to your balance. At 15 minutes, the appointment is marked as a No Call/No Show.
