Scheduling, policies, and what to expect when securing your appointment.

BOOKING

  • All services are booked online through the scheduling system here.

  • No. All services are by appointment only.

  • Services can be booked individually or through the Intentional Pairings category. Add-ons are limited and not all services can be combined.

PAYMENTS + RETAINERS

  • Online bookings require a credit or debit card. In-studio payments for remaining balances and retail purchases may be made by card or cash.

  • Yes. A 50% non-refundable/non-transferable retainer is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service total.

CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

  • Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late changes may result in fees or forfeiture of the retainer.

  • Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the full service charge, less any retainer already paid.

    No Call/No Shows result in forfeiture of the retainer and immediate loss of online booking privileges.

  • An 8-minute grace period is provided. At 10 minutes, the appointment will be rescheduled and a $25 late fee will be added to your balance. At 15 minutes, the appointment is marked as a No Call/No Show.
